At the winter solstice our sunrise is after 8 am and sets by 3:30 pm. I can see the sun rise and set from my south facing windows! My new yarn Winter Solstice is a blend of soft wools and soft mohair dyed in deep purples, blues and very black Alpaca. i carded some sparkly deep blue angelina with this black alpaca. After spinning on my Louet wheel I plyed it with a fine black yarn.
